Morgan CSR/Veterinary Assistant
With eight years of experience working with animals, including two in veterinary care, Morgan Matlack is passionate about improving the lives of pets. Originally exploring a career in human healthcare, she quickly realized her true calling was working alongside animals. She enjoys the fast-paced nature of veterinary care, forming bonds with clients, and continuously learning—especially in animal rehabilitation and fear-free handling.
At home, Morgan has a cat named Emerald, who loves camping, and a Pomeranian named Luna, who has a strong dislike for a certain phone commercial. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, macramé, kayaking, and spending time outdoors with her family, including her son, Oakland.
Morgan’s advice for pet owners? Help pets feel comfortable at the vet by getting them familiar with their carrier or the clinic environment in advance. She believes that love, not money, is what truly makes a pet happy—just like her favorite quote: "Money can buy you a fine dog, but only love can make him wag his tail."
